Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact your account manager or our support team to make a change.
When you choose annual billing, you receive a 20% discount compared to the monthly rate. The full annual fee is billed upfront. You save €714 on Pro and €3,588 on Premium annually compared to monthly billing.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA bank transfer, and wire transfer for enterprise clients. Invoices are issued with Czech VAT (DPH) registration and comply with EU billing regulations.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and offer a seamless upgrade to the next plan. We never pause your campaigns without warning. Overage leads are charged at a flat rate of €0.45/lead on the Basic plan, €0.35/lead on Pro.
